Artist's Description

This handsome rooster appeared in my friend's yard one fall. He stayed, roosting in a large pine tree at night, eating birdseed, corn and bread crumbs, for more than a year. Finally, she was able to capture him and take him to a barnyard animal refuge where he happily joined a flock of hens.
